El Centro Mexican Restaurant is a small family owned restaurant located in the heart of downtown Rowlett, Texas. Founded by Vincent Morales, the restaurant is operated by Vincent’s supporting family which includes his wife, his mother, his father, and sometimes aunts, uncles and grandparents. You can literally say “it’s a family affair.”
